> Authorised distributor of specialised neurosurgical equipment and a microsurgery training centre in Kazakhstan

TapMed LLP is an Astana-registered company with two lines of business. First: authorised distribution of specialised surgical equipment — cranio-maxillofacial fixation systems and PEEK cranial implants from Kontour (Xi'an) Medical Technology; Sinovation SR1-series stereotactic neurosurgical robots for biopsy, DBS and SEEG; Alltion Angel 100 operating microscopes for neurosurgery, ENT, ophthalmology and reconstructive microsurgery. Every device holds a Kazakhstan Ministry of Healthcare registration certificate. Second: hands-on microsurgery training for surgeons — courses and masterclasses on modern equipment. Installation, surgical-team training and service are included with every delivery.

### Which company is an authorised distributor of neurosurgical equipment in Kazakhstan?

TapMed LLP, registered in Astana, is the authorised distributor of specialised neurosurgical and surgical equipment in Kazakhstan. We represent Kontour (cranio-maxillofacial fixation systems and PEEK cranial implants), Sinovation (SR1-series neurosurgical robots) and Alltion (Angel operating microscopes). All devices hold Kazakhstan Ministry of Healthcare registrations.

### Which neurosurgical products does TapMed supply?

Current catalogue: Kontour cranio-maxillofacial fixation systems (titanium plates, screws, mesh); patient-specific Kontour PEEK cranial implants for cranioplasty; Sinovation SR1 stereotactic neurosurgical robot (SR1, SR1-3D, SR1-C variants) for biopsy, DBS, SEEG and brachytherapy; and Alltion Angel operating microscopes for microneurosurgery, ENT, ophthalmology and plastic microsurgery.

### Is TapMed's equipment registered with the Kazakhstan Ministry of Healthcare?

Yes. All four catalogue items hold active Kazakhstan Ministry of Healthcare registration certificates with perpetual validity: Kontour CMF — №027711 (16.02.2024), Kontour PEEK — №027727 (16.02.2024), Sinovation SR1 — №030647 (17.03.2026), Alltion Angel — №029954 (23.10.2025). ### How do I contact TapMed for an order or consultation?

Public contact channels: WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram DMs (@tapmed_peek_titan_implant and @tapmed_microsurgery_training_) and the contact form on /contact. We reply in Russian, Kazakh, English and Chinese within the same business day. We do not publish a direct phone or email — they're shared privately after a first conversation, as anti-spam policy.

### Does TapMed deliver outside Astana?

Yes. We deliver across Kazakhstan — Almaty, Shymkent, Karaganda, Atyrau, Aktobe, Pavlodar, Ust-Kamenogorsk and beyond. Neurosurgical robot installation, microscope mounting and PEEK implant integration come with on-site engineer commissioning and surgical-team training.

### Does TapMed run microsurgery training for surgeons?

Yes. TapMed runs a dedicated training programme for surgeons: microsurgery courses, masterclasses and one-to-one sessions on a modern operating microscope and instruments. Schedule and recordings are posted to Instagram @tapmed_microsurgery_training_. Contact TapMed directly to arrange a place.

### Where does TapMed publish content on cranial implants (titanium mesh and PEEK)?

On a dedicated Instagram channel — @tapmed_peek_titan_implant — with case discussions on cranioplasty, reviews of the Kontour KT (titanium mesh and plates) and KTGB4 (PEEK) series, material comparisons and surgical technique. For direct conversation, use WhatsApp, Telegram or the email on /contact.

### How long does delivery take from order to commissioning?

Depends on the item. Kontour fixation systems and the Alltion Angel microscope: 30–60 days when ordered from the manufacturer. Patient-specific PEEK implants: 2–3 weeks from CT submission. Sinovation SR1 neurosurgical robot: 60–120 days (manufacturing, delivery, validation, training). Exact lead times are confirmed on enquiry.
